Suitable for domestic, residential and commercial applications including new build and retrofit, it can be used to access stop cock valves, plumbing, electrical services, HVAC and duct systems, rodding eye points and concealed flues. The shallow picture frame design sits flush to the surface for clean, unobtrusive edges, and the lightly textured white finish can be painted with emulsion if required. The hinged, clip-fit door opens easily with a flat head screwdriver and can be fully removed from the frame for improved access when needed. Fixed using proprietary building adhesive or screws.
