Each board measures 1200mm x 600mm and covers 0.72m², supplied 20 boards to a pack for 14.40m² of coverage. It carries a declared thermal conductivity of 0.030 W/mK, a PlusTherm 70 grade with 70 kPa compressive strength at 10% deformation, and a calculated thermal resistance of 1.95 m²K/W* at 60mm. The graphite-enhanced core reaches that resistance in a slimmer board than standard white EPS, so a substantial thermal gain arrives without a heavy build-up.
The PlusTherm 70 grade gives the board a compressive strength of 70 kPa at 10% deformation, and at 60mm that firmness is easy to work with. The board holds its shape when it is bonded and mechanically fixed, sits flat against the substrate, and takes rasping, beading and the base coat without crushing or dishing at the fixings. That dimensional stability keeps the render plane true across the elevation.

It suits solid brickwork, timber frame and steel frame construction on wall applications up to 18m. As a strong upgrade thickness it works well on solid-wall retrofits aiming for a marked improvement without committing to full field depth. As with all EPS, the finished fire performance and durability are properties of the complete system, not the board alone.
