At Insulation, we want to ensure your home remains energy efficient and comfortable; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused materials within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the insulation materials to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Ensure all insulation rolls, batts, or boards are in their original, unopened protective packaging to prevent damage or moisture contamination during transit.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to your pallet or package and drop it off at an authorized freight carrier location or schedule a warehouse pickup.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the materials for integrity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
